Two (2) GRAND PRIZES shall be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner will receive his or her option of either a Vespa LX 50 to be awarded by Piaggio Group Americas, Inc., or a cash prize equal to $3,299 to be awarded by Fila. |

Sixteen (16) WEEKLY FINALISTS PRIZES shall be awarded by Fila consisting of either (as determined by Fila) one hand-held touch screen music player/internet browser/cell phone device, or a gift certificate of equal value to a retail store that sells such device. |

Winner will be solely responsible for all additional costs associated with a prize. No prize can be exchanged or transferred unless expressly permitted by the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules, and each prize must be accepted as awarded. If a prize or any component of a prize is not available, Fila may, in its sole discretion, substitute the prize or the prize component with one of equal or greater value.
